4 Signals over 1 Coaxial Cable
HDCVI technology supports 4 signals to be transmitted over 1 coaxial cable simultaneously, i.e. video, audio*, data and power. Dual-way data transmission allows the HDCVI camera to interact with the HCVR, such as sending a control signal or triggering the alarm. Moreover, HDCVI technology supports PoC for construction flexibility.

Long Distance Transmission

Wide Dynamic Range
Embedded with industry-leading wide dynamic range (WDR) technology, vivid pictures are achieved even in the most intense contrast lighting conditions. True WDR (120dB) optimizes both the bright and dark areas of a scene at the same time to provide usable video.
The camera is designed with multi-interfaces for transmitting/receiving
various signals. It supports HDCVI and CVBS video outputs simultaneously
with two BNC connectors and a tester out interface for debugging. It also
supports an audio input interface as well as alarm input/output for connecting
external devices. Multi-interfaces covers different requirements of monitoring scenes and facilitates deployment and construction.
The camera is designed with an array of LED IR illumination for best lowlight performance at maximum distance. Smart IR is a technology to ensure brightness uniformity in B/W images under low illumination. Dahua’s unique Smart IR adjusts to the intensity of the camera's infrared LEDs to compensate for the distance of an object and prevents IR LEDs from overexposing images as the object comes closer to the camera.
The camera's outstanding reliability is unsurpassed due to its rugged design. The camera is protected against water and dust with IP67, making it suitable for indoor or outdoor environments. The camera complies with an IK10 vandal resistance rating making it capable

e) Repair, replacement or a refund: If you wish to seek repair, replacement or a refund for a product, please contact us and we will explain the requirements to you. This may include you providing evidence of the faulty product to us.
(f) Refund: You are not entitled to a refund for change of mind. If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once evidence of faulty product is received by us, or we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Terms. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.
(g) Installed: Subject to this clause, we will not accept for return any product that has been used, connected, installed, attempted to be connected or installed, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product.
(h) Packaging: You must adequately package any product you are returning for our collection to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. You are also responsible for arranging the return delivery and the costs involved.
(i) Duty of care: You have a duty of care for the product while it is in your possession. If you damage products, then subsequently return the products, you may be liable to pay to repair the product to its original condition. In these circumstances, where a repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.

Please do not send a product to us without an RMA. Please pack the product carefully before return and include all parts and accessories so that we can thoroughly service your product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the incorrect installation damage.
If you cut the wire and install it, you will not receive a warranty.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
