Dahua PTZ WizMind network camera adopts advanced CNN deep learning algorithms to support face recognition with high accuracy. This camera possesses wide monitor range, PFA algorithm that can always present a clear, focused image while zooming, and smart wiper technology that possesses by RainSensor.

Starlight Technology

For challenging low-light conditions, Dahua's Starlight Ultra-low Light Technology offers the best in light sensitivity, capturing color in vivid detail, even in lighting as low as 0.005 lux. The camera uses a set of optical features to balance light throughout the scene, producing clear images in dark environments.

Perimerter Protection

Automatically filters out false alarms caused by animals, rustling leaves, bright lights, and more, and uses secondary recognition during target detection to improve alarm accuracy.

Smart Capture

Supports human, motor vehicle and non-motor vehicle image capture

Feece detection

Supports 6 attributes and 8 expressions : Gender, Age, gleasses, mask, brard and exxpressions ( anger, sadness,disgust, fear, surprise, calm, happiness, and confusion). It also supports face cutout settings: Face, and single inch photo. Three snapshot methods are also featured: Real- time snapshot, priority snapshot, and quality priority.

PFA Technology

PFA technology has introduced new methods of judgment that ensure the accuracy and predictability of the direction of subject distance adjustment. The result is a set of advanced focusing algorithms that ensure image clarity when zooming and that shorten focus time. This makes the camera highly advanced in its functions, substantially improving the quality of your experience.

Siren and Light Active Deterrence

The camera supports the red and blue light alarm and voice alarm when perimeter event occurs, to realize the deterrence and effective intervention. The camera is built in the alarm voice, and supports customized voice importing.

e) Repair, replacement or a refund: If you wish to seek repair, replacement or a refund for a product, please contact us and we will explain the requirements to you. This may include you providing evidence of the faulty product to us.
(f) Refund: You are not entitled to a refund for change of mind. If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once evidence of faulty product is received by us, or we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Terms. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.
(g) Installed: Subject to this clause, we will not accept for return any product that has been used, connected, installed, attempted to be connected or installed, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product.
(h) Packaging: You must adequately package any product you are returning for our collection to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. You are also responsible for arranging the return delivery and the costs involved.
(i) Duty of care: You have a duty of care for the product while it is in your possession. If you damage products, then subsequently return the products, you may be liable to pay to repair the product to its original condition. In these circumstances, where a repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Before sending a product for warranty repair, please call our support department at 02 9836 3133, and we will attempt to diagnose the problem, assist you with procedures for making warranty claims to third party manufacturers, identify the appropriate warranty actions for your product, and, if necessary, issue an RMA number and return instructions. Our RMA technical support policies and procedures, which may be found on our website (www.cctvguy.com.au) or printed information enclosed with your product, govern all policies and procedures relating to both warranty and non-warranty returns. Please do not send a product to us without an RMA. Please pack the product carefully before return and include all parts and accessories so that we can thoroughly service your product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the incorrect installation damage.

If you cut the wire and install it, you will not receive a warranty.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
